Description
Staden har identifierat ett behov av webbaserade juridiska tjänster och det finns sen tidigare inget gemensamt avtal inom detta område. Ett nytt avtal inom området behöver därmed upphandlas. Syftet med upphandlingen är att samordna stadens inköp. I och med att det är en stor variation på stadens olika behov krävs det ett avtal som möjliggör för en stor bredd av tjänsten samt flexibilitet för beställaren att kunna ev. avropa från mer än en (1) leverantör.
