Description
Finspångs kommun bjuder in leverantörer att lämna anbud på offentlig upphandling avseende utförare av personlig assistans. Upphandlingen omfattar övergång av de brukare som idag har personlig assistans samt de brukare som framöver väljer Finspångs kommun som dess utförare av personlig assistans enligt SFB, Socialförsäkringsbalken, och LSS, Lagen om stöd och service till vissa funktionshindrade. Beställaren har för avsikt att teckna avtal med en (1) leverantör för efterfrågat uppdrag. Anbud ska lämnas i enlighet med upphandlingsdokumentet.
