Description
Statens institutionsstyrelse (SiS) inbjuder till anbudsgivning avseende upphandling av tjänst för förvaring, plock och pack samt distribution. Tjänsten innebär både förvaring av saker som inte får plats på SiS huvudkontor men också möjligheten för SiS att göra avrop enligt nedan via myndighetens e-handelssystem. Det ska även finnas möjlighet göra beställningar via e-post gällande tryckt material. Tjänsten innefattar följande uppdrag: förvaring, ordermottagning, inventering, funktionskontroll (vid avrop), plockning och packning (vid Avrop), emballering och adressering (vid avrop), distribution samt returhantering (vid avrop). Avrop ska kunna göras av följande saker: utställningsmaterial och tryckt material. Mot bakgrund av framtagen behovsanalys samt informationsinsamling med förankring till framtida inköpsbehov är det uppskattade avtalsvärdet för hela avtalsperioden 1 500 000 SEK exklusive mervärdeskatt (inkl. förlängningsoptioner).
