Description
Svenska kraftnät (SVK) tecknade i oktober 2023 ett villkorat hyresavtal om ny lokal för huvudkontoret. Lokalerna är på 52 000 BRA kvm med placering i Solna Business Park. Här vill SVK utveckla ett modernt kontor, Framtidens kontor (FK Stockholm), i ett område med ett starkt serviceutbud och goda kommunikationer. Fastigheten är fördelad på 11 våningar och kommer innehålla både kontors -och tekniska lokaler. För ca 5 000 BRA kvm av lokalerna kommer SVK vara byggherre och ansvara för projektering och färdigställande enligt gällande regelverk och uppställda projektmål. Uppdraget omfattar projektering inom 4 olika områden, ett kontrakt per avtalsområdet kommer att tecknas. Dessa 4 uppdrag innebär att part ingår ett säkerhetsskyddsavtal med registerkontroll av personal. Upphandlingen kommer resultera i 4 kontrakt, ett kontrakt per avtalsområde, - VVS - Styr och regler - El och Tele - Brand
