Ramavtal för ledningsåtgärder i transmissionsnätet med krav på avbrottsfria arbeten. Värdet är uppskattat till ca 300 miljoner SEK per år och Svenska kraftnät avser att teckna avtal med maximalt fem entreprenörer.
