Upphandlingen avser strategisk kommunikationsrådgivning samt utveckling av kreativa koncept och kampanjer för Östgötatrafiken, med målet att stärka varumärket, öka kundnöjdheten och öka kollektivtrafikens marknadsandel. Vi söker en stabil och insiktsdriven partner som kan omvandla strategi till effektiv och differentierad kommunikation. Leverantören ska ligga i digital framkant och vara skicklig på att identifiera de mest effektiva kanalerna för att nå ut.
