Description
Göteborgs Stads (Staden) Kontaktcenter (organisation) svarar på Stadens huvudnummer och unika anropsnummer, de ska ta emot ärenden via en driftsäker tjänst. Beroende på ärendets art ska dessa kunna hanteras via flera olika kanaler med bra service. Då det befintliga avtalet avseende Contactcenterlösning, löper ut under Q2 -25 behöver detta nu upphandlas. Samtidigt pågår arbetet med en långsiktig anskaffning avseende Stadens telefoni som helhetslösning.
