Description
Exploateringsförvaltningen har ansvar för att tillhandahålla bostäder för hemlösa och nyanlända hushåll som anvisats enligt bosättningslagen och behöver en leverantör som kommer att ha ansvar för att hantera och åtgärda fel i ca 100 lägenheter. För detta uppdrag ska Leverantör utföra tjänster åt förvaltningen inom fastighetsförvaltning inkl mottagande, bedömning och samt hantering och åtgärd. Leverantör kan ska ta emot felanmälan, bedöma felanmälan och åtgärda fel i lägenheter, både planerade och akuta funktionsnedsättningar, dygnet runt.
