Lot 1: House renovations as set out in the SoW, including but not limited to, Removal of existing flooring and joisting, infilling subfloor and installation of new insulated concrete floor, removal and replacement of windows and doors, removal and replacement of kitchen, removal and replacement of steps to front door, removal of chimney to floor level and making good roof, removal of back boiler to fireplace and installation of heat pump and all associated works for 1107 Coneyboro, Athy.
