Aktivering och sociala insatser utförda av ungdomar inom vård och omsorg. Upphandlingen omfattar att leverera en tjänst där unga personer ska hjälpa till att aktivera boende på särskilda boenden i Västerviks kommun och därmed förhöja livskvaliteten samt öka den sociala samvaron.
