Description
De 12 kommunerna i Kalmar län efterfrågar med detta synpunkter på samordning varudistribution inför planerad upphandling av distribution av inkontinensprodukter. I det efterfrågade uppdraget behöver följande ingå: inköp från beställarens produktavtal, lagerhållning, tillhandahållande av webbaserad förskrivningsportal (Webbutik), orderhantering, kundtjänst, hantering av dispensprodukter och reklamationer, leverans av produkter. Med denna RFI önskar vi synpunkter på frågeställningar i bifogat dokument.
