Description
Melding van onderhandeling zonder bekendmaking inzake de uitbreiding van DRAGEN licentierechten d.m.v. aanschaf licenties bij de firma Illumina. Het DRAGEN systeem, bestaande uit computer hardware en DRAGEN software, is ontworpen voor de analyse van grote next-generation-sequencing datasets. GenomeScan B.V. heeft op 25 februari 2025 een aankondiging van een gegunde opdracht gepubliceerd voor de aankoop van drie DRAGEN servers, inclusief licentierechten voor de analyse van 1 miljoen Gb DNA sequenties (TN512911). I.v.m. groei van het aantal en de omvang van de analyses, is er behoefte aan uitbreiding van de licentie met 2 miljoen Gb op jaarbasis. Deze rechten kunnen alleen door Illumina afgegeven worden. Award criteria
- Quality — De aanschaf moet GenomeScan in staat stellen de reeds aanwezige Illumina sequencing apparatuur en de DRAGEN servers te blijven gebruiken met dezelfde output specificaties.
- Price — De aanschafprijs wordt berekend voor de analyse van 15000 whole-genome analyses op jaarbasis. Er moet aantoonbaar een korting t.o.v. de catalogusprijs worden geboden van ca. 3%.
