Description
Het laboratorium maakt voor de DNA sequencing van tumor DNA o.a. gebruik van een Genestudio platform van Thermo Fisher. Daarnaast gebruikt het laboratorium een Genexus systeem, eveneens van Thermo Fisher, voor dezelfde analyse. Beide systemen zijn geavanceerde platforms voor next-generation sequencing (NGS). Het Genexus syteem is bovendien volautomatisch en ontworpen om het hele NGS-proces — van monster tot rapport — te vereenvoudigen en versnellen. Om een constante levering van reagentia voor dit platform te borgen, is besloten een standing order voor maandelijkse leveringen te plaatsen en deze order indien nodig stilzwijgend te verlengen. Voor deze opdracht komen alleen leveranciers in aanmerking die speciaal voor dit platform ontwikkelde verbruiksartikelen kunnen leveren. Deze opdracht omvat alle GeneStudio- en Genexus-verbruiksartikelen voor de komende 4 jaar. Verbruiksartikelen voor de uitvoering van ca. 4500 analyses
