Description
GenomeScan heeft de voorbereidende stappen in het NGS-sequencing proces in hoge mate geautomatiseerd. Hierbij maakt het laboratorium o.a. gebruik van een Beckman Biomek i7 robot. GenomeScan heeft besloten een tweede robot aan te schaffen die als back-up kan dienen. Het instrument moet geleverd worden inclusief randapparatuur en software. De leverancier moet de robot installeren, software overzetten en waar nodig het labteam helpen bij de ingebruikname. De aanbesteding omvat de levering van één robot met randapparatuur (perceel 1) en het onderhoud aan de robot gedurende 3 jaar (perceel 2).
