Oulun kaupunki, Konsernihallinto (jäljempänä myös "Tilaaja") pyytää tarjoustanne työpistevarausjärjestelmästä tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinnan kohteena on valmis työpistevarausjärjestelmä, joka hankitaan SaaS-palveluna. Toimittaja vastaa palvelun käyttöympäristöstä ja kapasiteetista, ylläpidosta sekä tarvittavista ohjelmisto- ja tietoturvapäivityksistä.
