Riigihanke eesmärk on sõlmida raamhankeleping OWASP (Open Web Application Security Project) ASVS (Application Security Vertification Standard Project) versioon 4.0 või uuema, tase 1, 2 või 3 (või samaväärse) veebirakenduste käsitsi verifikatsiooninõuete turvatestimiseks ning MASVS (Mobile Application Security Verification Standard) versioon 1.0 (või uuema) tase 1, 2 või 3 (või samaväärse) mobiilirakenduse käsitsi verifikatsiooninõuete turvatestimiseks, testimise raporti koostamiseks ning leitud vigade järelkontrolliks.
