Description
Tuomi Logistiikka Oy kilpailuttaa Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialueen toimeksiannosta ostopalveluna hankittavat turva-auttamispalvelut tämän tarjouspyynnön ja liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankintaan sisältyy turvahälytyskeskuspalvelu, turvapuhelinlaitteisto ja tilaajan myöntämät lisälaitteet sekä turva-auttamis- ja sosiaalitoimen 823-nostoapukäynnit. Turvapuhelinlaitteistoon sisältyy tietoliikenne asiakkaan kotoa turvahälytyskeskukseen (mm. tietoliikenneyhteys, liittymien kustannukset, SIM-kortit ja muu tarvittava) sekä turvapuhelinlaitteiston asennus, huolto ja poisto. Hankittava palvelu on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 4 Palvelukuvaus.
