Hankinnan kohteena on Suun terveydenhuollon potilastietojärjestelmä. Hankinnan kohde ja sitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu yksityiskohtaisesti tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja muissa hankinta-asiakirjoissa. Tilaaja valitsee yhden (1) toimittajan, jonka kanssa se tekee sopimuksen. Tilaajana ja vastuullisena hankintayksikkönä toimii Pirha ja hankinnan toteuttajana/konsulttina Istekki Oy.
