Description
De opdracht bestaat uit het optimaliseren van het turnaround-proces bij Brussels Airport om objectieve en data-driven samenwerking met de luchthavencommunity, waaronder luchtvaartmaatschappijen en afhandelaars, mogelijk te maken. Turnaround verwijst naar het proces waarbij een vliegtuig na landing wordt klaargemaakt voor de volgende vlucht, inclusief het uit- en inladen van bagage en vracht, tanken, catering en de benodigde onderhoudscontroles. De initiële contracttermijn is 4 jaar, met de mogelijkheid voor BAC om de raamovereenkomst tot vier keer te verlengen met 1 jaar. Deze Europese aanbesteding zal georganiseerd worden in 1 perceel voor de aankoop van een totaaloplossing die zowel de hardware en SaaS-oplossing voor Turnaround Monitoring, inclusief APU (Auxiliary Power Unit) monitoring, als de predictive modelling omvat. Implementatieplan: Initiële Implementatie: Turnaround Monitoring zal 63 standplaatsen (78 centrelines) dekken, inclusief contact- en walk-to-stand gates. De stands bevinden zich voornamelijk in de passagierszone, Schengen- en niet-Schengen-bestemmingen, maar BAC heeft ook de stands in de Cargo zone in de scope opgenomen.
