Description
Försvarshögskolan (FHS) behov av tryckeritjänster kan delas in i tre huvudområden: 1. Kontorstryck 2. Tryck av informationsmaterial 3. Tryck av publikationer Behovet av kontorstryck finns i hela organisationen och avser kuvert, visitkort, konferensblock m.m. Eftersom det är många användare ska beställning kunna göras enkelt. Behovet av tryck av informationsmaterial finns framförallt från kommunikationsavdelningen samt inom uppdragsutbildningsverksamheten. Med tryck av publikationer avses publikationer, böcker och rapporter. FHS är även i behov av grafiska tjänster. Vid framställande av publikationer finns behov av stöd i hela arbetsprocessen. Därutöver har FHS behov av övriga tjänster bl.a. webbokhandel, lagerhållning, mallproduktion, pärmproduktion och digital publicering. När det gäller webbokhandel ska leverantören drifthålla FHS webbokhandel. Innehåll ska läggas in av FHS. Det är FHS som sätter priser. Webbokhandeln ska vara kopplad till FHS hemsida och innehålla information av samtliga publikationer till försäljning.
