Description
Uppdraget innebär att leverantör ska fungera som agent mellan FHS och förlag, hantering av alla kontakter med förlagen, gällande att förmedla utländska och svenska tidskrifter och tidningar i tryckt och elektroniskt format, nedan kallat Prenumerationer. Försvarshögskolans prenumerationer och andra informationsresurser är en viktig del av myndighetens informationsförsörjning. Det är viktigt att Försvarshögskolan kan få snabb service vad gäller beställningar, reklamationer, ändringar av prenumerationer och andra förfrågningar. Uppdraget innefattar förmedling av svenska och utländska prenumerationer samt prenumerationer på andra informationsresurser*. *Med andra informationsresurser menas här databaser och webbplatser med redaktionellt material med flera funktioner, t.ex. nyhetsbrev och val av olika ämnesområden. För andra informationsresurser gäller samma krav och villkor som för elektroniska tidningar och tidskrifter i detta upphandlingsunderlag.
