Description
SIS avser att upphandla en tjänst för tredjepartsanslutning till den nationella HSA-katalogen samt till identifieringstjänsten SITHS för SiS trettiotvå (32) ungdomshem och LVM-hem, som finns geografiskt spridda runtom i landet. Tjänsten ska levereras av en anbudsgivare som ska vara ett av Inera AB godkänt ombud för HSA och SITHS. Tjänsten som upphandlas är en fullservicetjänst där anbudsgivaren lägger in och underhåller SiS information i HSA-katalogen, utfärdar och levererar de SITHS-kort med tjänstecertifikat som SiS beställer samt tillhandahåller utbildning och support. SiS beräknar att antalet ordinarie SITHS-kort som kommer att användas i myndigheten samtidigt kommer vara omkring 400-500 stycken. Utöver de ordinarie korten kommer SiS också behöva fysiska reservkort hos institutionerna, totalt ca 32 stycken reservkort. SiS uppskattar avtalsvärdet för en fyra (4) årsperiod till ca 2 100 000 kronor. Anbud ska lämnas för hela uppdraget. SiS kommer att ingå ett avtal med en (1) leverantör.
