Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent les prestations similaires envisagées. Cet accord-cadre a pour objet les travaux d'entretien et de grosses réparations sur les voiries et les réseaux divers de la ville de La Rochelle. Il n'a pas vocation à réaliser des travaux d'aménagement de voiries dans le cadre d'opérations programmées. A ce titre, le montant de chaque bon de commande émissible dans le cadre du présent contrat est plafonné à 150 000,00 (CENT CINQUANTE MILLE) euros HT Les prestations sont divisées en 3 lots géographiques : - LOT 1 : Zone 1 : Centre-ville ; Les Minimes ; Tasdon ; Villeneuve Les Salines ; Saint Eloi ; - LOT 2 : Zone 2 : Port Neuf ; La Pallice ; Laleu ; Mireuil - LOT 3 : Zone 3 : La Genette ; Fétilly ; La Trompette ; Bel-Air ; Lafond ; Beauregard ; Le Prieuré conformément au plan de zonage annexé au CCTP. Chaque lot sera attribué dans les conditions définies par le règlement de la consultation
