Description
Consultation lancée par un groupement de commandes entre la Ville de la Rochelle, la CDA et le CCAS. Les modalités d'exécution de l'accord-cadre (forme de contrat, nombre de titulaires, seuils) figurent au sein des documents de la consultation. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Cet accord-cadre fixe toutes les conditions d'exécution des prestations, il est exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande pour les lots 1 à 4 (mono-attributaire) et des marchés subséquents (uniquement pour le lot 5 multi-attributaires) émis par le pouvoir adjudicateur (cf RC)
