Description
Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure dans le programme succinct et le règlement de consultation phase candidature. Les prestations sont réglées selon les modalités qui seront définies en phase offres. Le présent projet concerne la construction d'un pôle logistique et restauration pour le compte de la Ville de La Rochelle. La volonté de la Ville est de remettre à niveau ses installations existantes (magasin, chambres froides, cuisine traiteur) et de se doter de nouvelles fonctionnalités (légumerie) qu'elle pourrait proposer à d'autres collectivités ou structures publiques. L'objectif général est d'améliorer son offre de service pour le territoire et de participer au développement de la filière bio et local
