Description
La consultation est passée selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert en vertu des Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande avec minimum 300 000 euro(s) HT et maximum 3 000 000 euro(s) HT (sur la durée globale) mono-attributaire en application des articles R2162-2, R2162-4 1° et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Le présent marché a pour objet la remise en état des parties communes, des logements/locaux vacants et occupés par les locataires/personnel ou ayant subi un sinistre. La durée du marché débutera à compter du 1er juillet 2024 ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci est ultérieure pour une durée de 28 mois (16 mois fermes et 12 mois éventuels)
