Description
La consultation est passée selon la Procédure avec négociation conformément à l'Article R2124-3 4° du Code de la commande publique. Travaux de réhabilitation des 187 logements de la résidence Uranus située dans le quartier de la Mosson à Montpellier. Il s'agit d'un marché tous corps d'état vu sa complexité explicitée dans l'article 1 du règlement de la consultation et dans la note de présentation. La phase 1 (candidature) a pour objet de sélectionner quatre (4) candidats et de les admettre à présenter une offre. A titre indicatif, la durée prévisionnelle du marché est fixée à 36 mois, à compter de l'ordre de service de démarrage des travaux jusqu'à la fin de la période de garantie de parfait achèvement
