Description
La consultation est passée selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert en vertu des Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Elle donnera lieu à deux accords-cadres mono-attributaires avec émission de bons de commande avec minimum et avec maximum en application des articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 2° et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du CCP. Le montant minimum correspond au montant du poste 1 (prestations forfaitaires). Le montant maximum ne dépassera le minimum + 750 000 euro(s) HT (par lot et pour 24 mois). La durée des marchés est de 24 mois fermes à compter du 1er octobre 2024. Il s'agit des prestations d'entretien des portes d'immeubles, interphones, digicodes et systèmes de contrôle d'accès du patrimoine de deux agences de l'office
