Description
Le marché a pour objet la réalisation de prestations de transport aérien pour la livraison de billets à destination de Banques Centrales situées en Afrique de l’Ouest et en Afrique Centrale. L’accord cadre est multi-attributaire, il donnera lieu à des marchés subséquents dont la périodicité est conditionnée à la survenance du besoin. L’accord cadre est passé sans montant minimum et avec un maximum de 4 000 tonnes pour la période ferme puis 2 000 tonnes par année de reconduction.
