Description
Het Shiraka programma bestaat onder andere uit een trainingscomponent, het Shiraka Training Programma (STP). Nederland heeft het doel om ambtenaren en werknemers van semipublieke organisaties uit de MENA regio (in ieder geval: Algerije, Egypte, Irak, Jemen, Jordanië, Libanon, Libië, Marokko, Oman, Palestijnse Gebieden, Syrië en Tunesië) uit te nodigen om een training te volgen. Door de keuze van de onderwerpen voor de training draagt deze bij aan een samenleving die culturele en religieuze verschillen accepteert, rechtsstaatontwikkeling en de opbouw van een economische infrastructuur in deze landen. Een ander belangrijk doel is het creëren van netwerken door de deelnemers in Nederland en de regio samen te brengen. Het programma beoogt tevens de bilaterale betrekkingen tussen Nederlandse vakdepartementen en hun collega's in hun respectievelijke landen te versterken en te verbeteren. De onder de Raamovereenkomst af te nemen totale maximale waarde (zowel voor de standaard trainingen, trainingen op maat als de andere op maat ondersteuning samen) is: EUR 3.000.000,- exclusief Nederlandse btw en (indien van toepassing) inclusief lokale buitenlandse btw en alle andere kosten en/of vergoed…
