In deze aanbesteding gaat het om de inhuur van uitzendkrachten tot en met schaal 8. De inhuur van functies in schaal 9 en hoger zijn uitdrukkelijk uitgezonderd van deze aanbesteding. Met het afsluiten van de Raamovereenkomsten willen de Aanbestedende diensten een samenwerking en partnerschap tussen de Aanbestedende diensten en de Opdrachtnemers realiseren.
