Denna upphandling avser köp av tjänst för trafikupplysning samt hjälp med resa per telefon till Länstrafikens resenärer. Det totala uppdraget omfattas av att svara på frågor om tider, priser, hittegods, appen, och resevillkor, samt bistå resenärer som drabbats av trafikstörningar. Syftet med upphandlingen är att bistå Länstrafiken med att tillhandahålla service till Länstrafikens resenärer över telefon alla dagar (helgfria vardagar, lördagar, söndagar, helgdagar) mellan 8-18, där fördelning av uppdraget är enligt följande: Vardagar 8-18 - Svara på frågor om tider, priser, hittegods, appen, och resevillkor, samt bistå resenärer som drabbats av trafikstörningar. Lördagar/Söndagar/Helgdagar 8-18- Bistå resenärer som drabbats av trafikstörningar.
