Description
Region Jämtland Härjedalen har behov av ett tidtabellpaneringssystem Rebus, för kollektivtrafiken i Region Jämtland Härjedalen. Nuvarande avtal om trafikplaneringssystem, Rebus, tar slut vid 2025-06-30 utan möjlighet till förlängning. Regionen har i dagsläget det nämnda systemet och enbart det systemet kan erbjuda de krav som finns idag. Det finns kopplingar inom Regionen som är beroende av att vi i fortsättningen använder oss av Rebus. Därav har regionen valt att göra ett förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering. Region Jämtland Härjedalen har, genom Länstrafiken som ansvarar för linje- och tidtabelssplaneringen för den allmänna kollektivtrafiken i Region Jämtland Härjedalen, ett behov ett tidplaneringssystem inom kollektivtrafiken. Upphandlingen ska tillgodose Beställarens behov av ett IT-systemstöd för linje- och tidtabellplanering av kollektivtrafik. Systemstödet ska vara en beprövad lösning för användning inom följande områden: - Linjeplanering: avser alla funktioner som behövs för att kunna hantera linjedragningar inom vägnätet.
