Description

Electricity Supply Board (ESB) is establishing a Qualification System (QSQ) to create a panel of suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of prepaid debit cards and multi‑merchant digital gift vouchers. The Qualification System will be structured across two Lots: Lot 1: Prepaid Debit Cards Lot 2: Multi‑Merchant Digital Gift Vouchers The QSQ will be used to pre‑qualify suppliers with the appropriate experience, capability and financial standing. Once established, ESB and its subsidiaries may run one‑stage Requests for Tender to the qualified panel members under the relevant Lot as requirements arise
