Description
The Contracting Entity intends to procure Mechanical and Electrical Building Professional Services for the development of an ESB Networks Headquarters and Control Centre Building at ESB’s land holding at Leopardstown Road, Dublin 18. It is proposed that the contract will include an expansion and consolidation of ESB Networks functions and activities within a part of their existing Leopardstown Road business campus. Principal elements of project scope include: • Design, construction and fit out of a new bespoke Control Centre Building (estimated floor area 2,250 to 3000 sq. metres, subject to detailed Brief development) as a standalone structure within a new internal boundary, supporting efficient, secure, robust and resilient Control Centre functions across Network Distribution, SCADA (System Control and Data Acquisition), Telecoms, Smart Metering, and Retail Market functions.
