Description
Totalentreprenaden omfattar rivning, ombyggnad, tillbyggnad och nybyggnad. Projektet innefattar hus 80, 82A, 82B, 94 och en ny restaurang inklusive reservkraft. Hus 82A, 82B och 94 är befintliga bostadshus med nya tillbyggnader. Befintliga byggnader är i varierande skick och ska renoveras. De nya tillbyggnaderna innehåller dusch, tvättstuga och biutrymmen.
