Description
Välkomna att lämna anbud till Migrationsverket. Migrationsverket bjuder härmed in leverantörer att lämna anbud i denna upphandling av kontaktcenter. Upphandlingen avser en ny kontaktcenterplattform (vidare kallad Systemet). Systemet ska hantera besvarande av telefonsamtal och e-postmeddelanden från allmänheten och hantera styrning och uppföljning av inkomna ärenden (mail och inkomna samtal). Systemet ska tillhandahålla funktionalitet för Callback och en modul för schemaläggning. Kö- och individstatistik ska också hanteras i Systemet. Efter att införandet av Systemet är genomfört beräknas cirka 200 samtidiga Agenter och 20 Administratörer arbeta i Systemet. Migrationsverket tar emot cirka 1 400 000 inkommande samtal och 400 000 mail per år i nuvarande kontaktcentersystem. Systemet behöver vara dimensionerat för att klara av efterfrågan, som kan variera över tid. Systemet ska driftas som privat molntjänst. Systemets kärnfunktioner – det vill säga hantering av samtal, e-post och schemaläggningsmodul – ska driftas i en serverhall som ägs eller exklusivt hyrs av leverantören (eller dess underleverantör) och denna ska ha sin fysiska placering inom EU/EES.
