Description
Upphandlingen avser att finna en entreprenör som i nära samarbete med Beställaren genomför nybyggnation av flerbostadshus på fastigheten Kinnaström 5. Projektet genomförs som en samverkansentreprenad. Arkitekt är upphandlad genom tidigare tävling och bygghandlingar är framtagna. Målet är att tillsammans skapa ett projekt som ger mest möjliga bostadshus för investerad krona där fokus är hållbarhet under produktion, framtida nyttjande och även vid eventuell avetablering.
