Upphandlingen avser totalentreprenad med fast pris för nybyggnation av 84 lägenheter i tre huslängor i centrala Kinna, på fastigheten Kinnaström 5. Entreprenaden omfattar samtliga arbeten och genomförs etappvis. Projektet ställer höga krav på kvalitet, samverkan samt miljö- och klimatprestanda enligt "Färdplan" för 2030, SBUF 14381.
