Description
Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för tolktjänster i enlighet med vad som beskrivs i upphandlingsdokumenten. Syftet med tjänsten är att säkerställa att Köparen kan tillhandahålla ett heltäckande och flexibelt stöd som möter verksamhetens behov oavsett situation. Detta innebär att tolktjänst ska kunna utföras på plats när fysisk närvaro krävs, på distans när uppdraget kan hanteras effektivt digitalt samt akut på plats vid tidskritiska händelser där omedelbar närvaro är nödvändig. Målet är att garantera en hög nivå av tillgänglighet, kvalitet och trygghet i alla typer av uppdrag. Upphandlingen avser leverans av tolkar för teckenspråkstolkning, dövblindtolkning, skrivtolkning samt döv teckenspråkstolk för personer folkbokförda i Dalarnas län samt personer som är folkbokförda i andra län, men vistas i Dalarnas län. Upphandling består av följande tolkmetoder och anbudsområden: 1 Teckenspråkstolkning på plats och/eller på distans och döv tolk på plats och/eller på distans (TSS) 2 Dövblindtolkning på plats och/eller på distans 3 Skrivtolkning på plats och/eller på distans (TSS) Varje anbudsdelområde utvärderas och tilldelas var för sig.
