Upphandlingen omfattar tolkförmedlingstjänster. Leverantören ska förmedla tolkar, såväl tolkning på plats som distanstolkning. Leverantören som tillhandahåller förmedlingstjänsten ska förmedla tolkar till Uppsala kommun samt avropsberättigade bolag, i enlighet med de behov som beställs av verksamheten. Uppdraget tolkförmedling avser en förmedlingstjänst där leverantören ska förmedla tolktjänster samt administrera och samordna uppdragen på bästa sätt för att säkerställa leveransen uppnår för uppdraget överenskomna mål; tillvaratar varje avrops unika förutsättningar; genomförs fackmannamässigt, med omsorg samt med hög servicenivå; genomförs inom ramen för överenskommen tidsplan och budget samt redovisas och administreras i enlighet med avtalade villkor och god affärssed.
