Description
Ramavtal för framtida avrop av enstaka platser i särskilt boendeform för äldre enligt 5 kap 1 § 2 socialtjänstlagen (2001:453) med inriktning socialpsykiatri. Boendet som tillståndet avser ska finnas högst 500 meter från en hållplats som trafikeras av stadstrafiken inom Upplands lokaltrafik (UL). Målgruppen är äldre personer med psykiska funktionsnedsättningar enligt socialtjänstlagen 5 kap 5 §. Fysiska funktionsnedsättningar kan förekomma.
