Description
Toiduvarude (maiustuste, mooside ja mahlakontsentraatide) ladustamine, hoiustamine ja taastamine riigihanke alusdokumentides toodud tingimustel. Raamleping sõlmitakse tähtajaga kuni kümme aastat, mis on pikem RHS § 29 lõikes 2 sätestatud üldisest raamlepingu tähtajast. Sõlmitava raamlepingu pikem tähtaeg tuleneb raamlepingu esemest, mille kohaselt võtab ettevõte vastava teenuse osutamisega suured äririskid tulenevalt hankija poolsetest muutlikest mahtudest (sõltuvalt geopoliitilisest olukorrast, nt sõjaoht, tarneajad jne) ning vastava teenuse asenduskulud on suured. Lepingu maksimaalse maksumuse sisse on arvestatud 10 aasta eeldatav kaupade ladustamise maksumus ja transpordi maksumus ning kauba väljaostmise maht tehnilises kirjelduses toodud sündmuste korral.
