Description
Upphandlingen omfattar betallösningar för parkeringsavgifter och syftet är att erbjuda parkör (den som betalar parkeringsavgiften) en enkel betalningslösning via applikation, sms och talsvar för att betala sin parkeringsavgift utan att gå till biljettautomat samt att betalning endast sker för faktisk parkeringstid utan extra kostnad. Tjänsten i sitt basutförande (d v s möjligheten att betala, starta och stoppa parkeringen) ska vara kostnadsneutral för parkör. Att tjänsten är kostnadsneutral för parkör innebär att denne enbart ska betala för den faktiska parkeringsavgiften enligt parkeringstaxa.
