Die Stadt Rain plant den Neubau eines Feuerwehrhauses mit 12 Ausfahrten inklusive Waschhalle mit Kalthalle und Übungsturm auf dem Grundstück Fl.-Nr. 1334/2 mit ca. 10.000m² Beauftragt werden stufenweise die Leistungsphasen 1-9 (Lph. 4 nur bei Anlgr. 1) des Leistungsbildes Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung - HLS (Anlgr. 1, 2, 3, 7 u. 8) gem. § 55 Abs. 1 HOAI i.V.m. Anl. 15 Nr. 15.1 mit folgenden Besonderen Leistungen - Überwachung der Mängelbeseitigung innerhalb der Verjährungsfrist - pauschal - Nach Zeitaufwand, Ansatz für Vergleichbarkeit 5 Stunden: Teilnahme an Gremiumssitzungen
