Die Stadt Rain plant den Neubau eines Feuerwehrhauses mit 12 Ausfahrten inklusive Waschhalle mit Kalthalle und Übungsturm auf dem Grundstück Fl.-Nr. 1334/2 mit ca. 10.000m² Beauftragt werden stufenweise die Leistungsphasen 1-3 sowie 5-9 des Leistungsbildes Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung - ELT (Anlgr. 4 u. 5) gem. § 55 Abs. 1 HOAI i.V.m. Anl. 15 Nr. 15.1 mit folgenden Besonderen Leistungen - Überwachung der Mängelbeseitigung innerhalb der Verjährungsfrist - pauschal - Nach Zeitaufwand, Ansatz für Vergleichbarkeit 5 Stunden: Teilnahme an Gremiumssitzungen
