Gegenstand des Auftrags - Kurzbeschreibung Die Stadt Rain plant den Neubau eines Feuerwehrhauses mit 12 Ausfahrten inklusive Waschhalle mit Kalthalle und Übungsturm auf dem Grundstück Fl.-Nr. 1334/2 mit ca. 10.000m² Beauftragt werden stufenweise die Lph. 1-9 der Leistungsbilder Objektplanung Freianlagen gem. § 39 Abs. 3 HOAI i.V.m. Anl. 11 Nr. 11.1 sowie Verkehrsanlagen gem. § 47 Abs. 1 HOAI i.V.m. Anl. 13 Nr. 13.1 sowie die Besonderen Leistungen: - Überwachung der Mängelbeseitigung - pauschal - Örtliche Bauüberwachung für VA - v.H. der anrechenbaren Kosten - Nach Zeitaufwand, Ansatz für Vergleichbarkeit 5 Stunden: Teilnahme an Gremiumssitzungen
