Establishment of a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the provision of environmental, ecology, flood risk and related specialist consultancy services. Initial Contract: To undertake Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), Appropriate Assessment (AA) and Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) (as required) for the preparation Local Area Plans for Carrick-on-Suir and Tipperary Town.
