Description
The existing contract for the operation and maintenance of Luas, Dublin’s light rail system, expires on 30 November 2025. NTA and TII expect to extend this contract by approximately twelve months until Q4 2026, NTA and TII will be tendering for a new contract or contracts for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services for Luas in 2024. NTA and TII will be seeking expressions of interest from organisations, including any company or consortium, that can demonstrate the necessary financial strength and technical capability to be considered for the award of the Luas O&M contract or contracts and who wish to engage in a consultation exercise in connection with this. To express an interest, interested organisations should register their interest in this notice via the messaging system contained within the linked preliminary market consultation below. The closing date for registration is 19th January 2024 at 12.00 noon. Estimated Total Value TII estimates the value of this contract or contracts to be in the region of €1,250 million at 2023 prices, inclusive of irrecoverable VAT.
