Description
This is a prior information notice (PIN) not an official tender at this point for the supply, installation and lease of a temporary structure to house personal training/Gym equipment for a fully functioning Gym at Tralee Regional Spors and Leisure Centre. It is Kerry ETB’s intention to issue a tender notice in due course. Background Tralee Regional Sports and Leisure Centre • Constructed in 1975/76, the centre is jointly owned by Kerry ETB and Kerry County Council, and leased to Tralee Regional Sports & Leisure Company Limited by Guarantee since 2018 on a 30-year lease • Kerry ETB and KCC have formed a Development Committee to oversee the redevelopment and phased restoration of Tralee Regional Sports & Leisure Centre (TRSLC). This committee will ensure the structured progression of works, effective governance, and financial oversight throughout the project’s lifecycle.. • The Tralee Regional Sports and Leisure Centre CLG operates the centre under lease with Kerry ETB and KCC.
